My Family and I were recently visting
the Whistler Ski resort area. The first
two days of our trip were painful as I
personally had problems with both
customer appreciation, care and support
while attempting to fit into rental ski
boots. After entering the gates of two
local rental shops and being treated as
though I was just a number I finally
found those that cared on the third
day..Affinity Sports...Bronwin, Heath,
Sam and Steph you were GREAT!

We used the Affinity store just opposite
the Fairmont Hotel. I intended to try
out diiferent skis each day to find out
what suited me and how they differ in
different coindtions. For most rental
shops this would be an extra cost or an
inconvenience, not for Affinity, these
people really looked after us and
nothing was too much of a problem, they
were extreemly accommodating. Top marks
for a top service. If your are renting
in whistler, go to these people first.

If you are renting in whistler -
Affinity is the best company there. They
have great staff, they store your
equipment and have a good selection. Its
a good idea to try different skis which
they let you do. When we got to the
store "Norty" went out of his way to
help our family. I highly recommend
Affinity Rentals.
